An export is built in the background. Download it when it is ready; the generated file is kept for 7 days.

Download my data creates a ZIP of your account data and records from households you own. Households you only belong to are listed without their records. This archive is separate from the pet-specific files above and does not use their export allowance.

The archive includes a guide to its contents and a file manifest. You can request it up to three times a day, and the generated archive is kept for 7 days.

What does the person I send a link to see?

Exactly the scope you chose. Other sections read as "not shared", and the scope stays as you set it.

Can I see whether my link was opened?

Yes. The access log records every attempt to open the link, including the ones that were turned away.
