Send a link that shows one thing, for as long as you choose
A link shows only what you choose from a pet's record, expires on the date you set, and can be revoked at any time. Every attempt to open it is recorded.
What a link can show
Five scopes can be sent today:
Vaccination record.
Every vaccination on file with its dates. What a kennel or a groomer asks for.
Full record.
Visits, vaccinations, active medications and every laboratory panel. For a new clinic.
Current medications.
Active prescriptions with their directions. For a sitter or a boarding kennel.
Chosen laboratory panels.
One or more panels with every result. For a specialist or a second opinion.
Chosen documents.
The details of one or more stored documents.
A sixth scope, an imaging study, exists in the data and is deliberately not offered, because the viewer behind the link cannot show imaging yet.
How a link behaves
It expires. You set anything from 1 to 365 days. A link with no stated lifetime gets 30 days rather than forever, because an unbounded link to a medical record is almost never what somebody meant.
It can carry a password, and a view limit.
The link is a credential, and it is treated as one. The token is shown once, and only its SHA-256 digest is stored, so neither a database dump nor the app's own list of links can reconstruct a live one.
Every attempt to open it is logged, including the ones that fail, because the household that issued it has to be able to audit its use.
What is out of scope reads as "not shared", not as empty. A kennel holding a vaccination link cannot widen it into the whole record by guessing a field name.
It can be revoked at any time.
Or take a file with you
Four exports, for when the other side wants a document rather than a link:
Vaccination record (PDF).
What a kennel or a groomer usually asks for.
Full record (PDF).
Visits, results, medications and vaccinations in one document.
Laboratory results (CSV).
Every laboratory result as a spreadsheet, with its units.
Imaging bundle (ZIP).
The stored imaging studies with a manifest of what each file is.
Take the record to a new clinic, a kennel or an insurer. A file is built in the background and appears when it is ready. A finished file is kept for 7 days and then removed.
And everything, whenever you want it
Separately from all of the above, you can download the whole archive of what Talli holds about you as a single ZIP. It is free on every plan, it is never metered, and it does not ask for a password, because deleting an account is dangerous and reading your own data is not.
Three requests a day, and a built archive stays available for 7 days.
Common questions
Can the person I sent a link to see the rest of the record?
No. Sections outside the scope you chose are returned as "not shared", and the scope cannot be widened from the recipient's side.
Can I see whether the clinic opened it?
Yes. Every access is written to the link's own log, including attempts that were refused.

Talli is not open yet
Leave an address and we will write to you once it is. That is the only thing this address is used for.
Coming soon on iPhone and Android.
Both apps are built. Neither is on a store yet, and there is no date to give you.
